{"id":12965,"date":"2025-08-17T23:41:57","date_gmt":"2025-08-17T20:41:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=12965"},"modified":"2025-08-17T23:45:00","modified_gmt":"2025-08-17T20:45:00","slug":"mi-pan-de-avena-mas-rapido-para-un-desayuno-saludable-sin-harina-ni-mantequilla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=12965","title":{"rendered":"\u00a1Mi pan de avena m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido para un desayuno saludable! \u00a1Sin harina ni mantequilla!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> F\u00e1cil y sin gluten.Receta completa:<br>Pan de avena r\u00e1pido y saludable: \u00a1Sin harina ni mantequilla!<br>Receta:<br>Ingredientes:<br>1 taza de copos de avena<br>1 vaso de agua tibia (aprox. 200-250 ml)<br>\u00bd calabaza (aprox. 400 g), pelada y rallada o machacada despu\u00e9s de la cocci\u00f3n<br>1 cucharada de edulcorante (miel, jarabe de arce o eritritol, opcional)<br>1 cucharadita de canela (opcional)<br>Una pizca de sal<br>3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal (opcional)<br>1 cucharada de semillas de s\u00e9samo<br>5-6 albaricoques secos picados y ablandados en agua caliente<br>1 cucharada de semillas de ch\u00eda<br>1-2 cucharadas de frutos secos picados (nueces, almendras o pecanas)<br>2 cucharadas de mezcla de frutos secos, semillas y frutos secos<br>1 cucharadita de levadura qu\u00edmica<br>Papel vegetal para forrar<br>Instrucciones:<br>Comienza remojando los albaricoques secos picados en agua caliente durante 10 minutos y luego esc\u00farrelos. En un taz\u00f3n, combine la avena en hojuelas y el agua tibia. D\u00e9jela reposar unos 5 minutos para que absorba la humedad.<br>Agregue la calabaza machacada o rallada, el edulcorante, la canela, la sal, el aceite (si lo usa) y la levadura qu\u00edmica. Mezcle bien hasta formar una masa.<br>Incorpore los albaricoques ablandados, las semillas de ch\u00eda, las nueces picadas y la mezcla de semillas y frutas. Mezcle hasta que todo est\u00e9 distribuido uniformemente.<br>Cubra un molde para pan con papel vegetal y vierta la masa, alisando la superficie.
