Con su textura suave y esponjosa y su toque dulce de az\u00facar y canela, \u00a1Est\u00e1n hechos para disfrutar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para esta receta, necesitas que la calabaza est\u00e9 cocida y en pur\u00e9. Puedes cocerla, asarla o cocinarla en el microondas hasta que est\u00e9 blanda. Una vez cocinada, escurre bien cualquier exceso de agua para que quede lo m\u00e1s seca posible. Tritura la calabaza con un tenedor hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un bol grande, a\u00f1ade el huevo y el az\u00facar. Bate durante unos minutos hasta que la mezcla se vuelva esponjosa y ligeramente p\u00e1lida. A\u00f1ade unas gotas de aroma de vainilla o, si prefieres, un poco de ralladura de lim\u00f3n o naranja.<br>Incorpora la calabaza: A\u00f1ade el pur\u00e9 de calabaza al bol y mezcla bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cupcakes de Vainilla y ChocolateBizcocho con Chocolate y Nueces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamiza la harina y la levadura directamente sobre la mezcla de calabaza y huevo. Remueve hasta que la harina se integre; al principio la masa ser\u00e1 densa, pero se ir\u00e1 suavizando a medida que absorba los ingredientes l\u00edquidos. A\u00f1ade agua de cocci\u00f3n de la calabaza, o leche si no tienes, poco a poco. Agrega solo lo necesario hasta obtener una masa suave y un poco densa, que se pueda manejar con una cuchara pero no demasiado l\u00edquida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una sart\u00e9n profunda o cazo, calienta abundante aceite. Es importante que el aceite est\u00e9 caliente pero no demasiado, para que los bu\u00f1uelos se cocinen bien por dentro sin quemarse por fuera (fuego medio-alto).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la ayuda de dos cucharas, toma porciones peque\u00f1as de masa y col\u00f3calas cuidadosamente en el aceite caliente. Trata de que sean de tama\u00f1o similar para que se cocinen uniformemente. Deja que los bu\u00f1uelos se cocinen hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y esponjosos, gir\u00e1ndolos si es necesario para que se cocinen de forma pareja. S\u00e1calos y col\u00f3calos en un plato con papel absorbente para retirar el exceso de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras a\u00fan est\u00e1n calientes, reboza los bu\u00f1uelos en una mezcla de az\u00facar y canela para darles un toque extra de dulzura y aroma.
