Es un pan vers\u00e1til que puedes disfrutar tanto con acompa\u00f1amientos dulces como salados. Se sirve en los desayunos marroqu\u00edes o como acompa\u00f1amiento en comidas y cenas. Adem\u00e1s, su historia est\u00e1 profundamente ligada a la cultura y tradici\u00f3n marroqu\u00ed, en la que el pan tiene un significado sagrado y comunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezcla en un bol grande la harina de s\u00e9mola y la harina de trigo. Agrega la sal y remueve bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calienta el agua hasta que est\u00e9 tibia (no caliente). En un recipiente peque\u00f1o, mezcla la levadura con un par de cucharadas del agua tibia hasta que se disuelva completamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bizcocho de Miel con NatillasPan Naan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1ade la levadura disuelta a las harinas y comienza a mezclar con las manos mientras incorporas gradualmente el resto del agua tibia. Amasa durante 10-15 minutos hasta obtener una masa lisa, brillante y el\u00e1stica. Si la masa est\u00e1 demasiado pegajosa, agrega una cucharada adicional de harina y otra de s\u00e9mola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cubre la masa con un pa\u00f1o de cocina limpio y deja reposar durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estira la masa con un rodillo sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada, dejando un grosor de 1 cm. Usa un vaso o cortador redondo para cortar c\u00edrculos de masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Espolvorea una bandeja con s\u00e9mola, coloca los c\u00edrculos de masa encima y c\u00fabrelos con un pa\u00f1o limpio. Deja reposar en un lugar c\u00e1lido durante 45-60 minutos hasta que dupliquen su tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calienta una sart\u00e9n de fondo grueso a fuego medio. Pincela ligeramente con mantequilla, aceite de oliva o espolvorea un poco de s\u00e9mola. Coloca los batbouts en la sart\u00e9n y cocina durante 2-3 minutos por cada lado o hasta que est\u00e9n dorados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retira del fuego y sirve los batbouts tibios. Son perfectos con queso blanco y miel, o rellenos de pollo, at\u00fan, verduras o carne. Si los guardas para otro d\u00eda, hazlo en una bolsa de tela.
