Es muy popular por su sabor intenso y su ligero toque \u00e1cido a chucrut. Te calentar\u00e1 y te saciar\u00e1. Es un plato&nbsp;<strong>ideal para reuniones familiares<\/strong>&nbsp;y celebraciones. A casi todo el mundo le gusta. La combinaci\u00f3n de cerdo, pimientos y col crea un sabor perfecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La preparaci\u00f3n es f\u00e1cil e incluso un principiante puede con ella. Solo necesitas&nbsp;<strong>unos pocos ingredientes b\u00e1sicos<\/strong>&nbsp;y un poco de tiempo. Estofar la carne le da el sabor perfecto. Puedes servirla con alb\u00f3ndigas de pan o pan fresco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600 g de carne de cerdo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 g de chucrut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml de crema agria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cebollas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de manteca de cerdo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de piment\u00f3n dulce molido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de harina com\u00fan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>semillas de alcaravea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pela y pica finamente la cebolla. Calienta la manteca en una cacerola y fr\u00ede la cebolla. Agrega el piment\u00f3n dulce molido, remueve un momento e inmediatamente incorpora la carne cortada en dados. Sazona con sal, pimienta y el comino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltee hasta que la carne est\u00e9 dorada por todos lados. A\u00f1ada un poco de agua o caldo. A\u00f1ada el ajo machacado y cocine a fuego lento, tapado, durante unos 45 minutos. Remueva de vez en cuando y a\u00f1ada m\u00e1s agua si es necesario.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando la carne est\u00e9 tierna, a\u00f1adir el chucrut enjuagado. Remover y cocinar a fuego lento durante 15 minutos m\u00e1s. Mezclar la crema agria y la harina en un bol.
