{"id":14048,"date":"2025-10-10T19:56:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-10T16:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=14048"},"modified":"2025-10-10T19:56:54","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T16:56:54","slug":"esta-receta-no-lleva-harina-de-trigo-ni-levaduras-con-gluten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=14048","title":{"rendered":"Esta receta no lleva harina de trigo ni levaduras con gluten."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideales para personas con intolerancia al gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<br>5 huevos grandes (L)<br>7 cucharadas de yogur griego natural<br>6 cucharadas de stevia en polvo (apta para hornear)<br>1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla<br>600 g de zanahoria rallada muy fina<br>2 tazas de harina de almendras<br>2 tazas de harina de avena<br>1\/2 taza de pasas rubias picadas<br>\u00bd cucharadita de canela en polvo<br>\u00bd cucharadita de nuez moscada<br>16 g de polvo de hornear sin gluten<br>5 cucharadas de leche de almendras o coco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RELLENO Y COBERTURA<br>500 g de queso crema light<br>Stevia al gusto (1 a 2 cucharadas seg\u00fan preferencia)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare la mezcla h\u00fameda:<br>En un bowl grande, batir los huevos junto con la stevia, el yogur y la esencia de vainilla hasta que la mezcla est\u00e9 espumosa y aireada.<br>Agregue la zanahoria rallada finamente y las pasas ribias ralladas mezcladas bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporar los ingredientes secos:<br>Tamizar juntos las harinas (almendras y avena), el polvo de hornear, la canela y la nuez moscada.<br>Agregar los secos poco a poco a la mezcla h\u00fameda, alternando con la leche vegetal, hasta integrar todo sin batir en exceso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Horneado:<br>Verter la mezcla en un molde redondo en 2 moldes (1 molde redondo de 20 cm y 1 molde rectangular de 21 x 11 x 6 cm, previamente engrasado y enharinado con avena.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hornear a 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F) durante aproximadamente 25 a 30 minutos, o hasta que al insertar un palillo salga limpio.<br>Dejar enfriar completamente antes de desmoldar.<br>Servir y disfrutar con las personas que amas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ideales para personas con intolerancia al gluten.
