In der Zwischenzeit das Gehackte mit Pfeffer, Salz, Muskat, Senf, dem Bouillonpulver und Knoblauch kr\u00e4ftig w\u00fcrzen. Das Ei und die Semmelbr\u00f6sel untermischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danach Kleine Nocken abstechen, sodass sie ungef\u00e4hr die gleiche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe haben, wie die Rosenkohlr\u00f6schen, und in etwas Fett von allen Seiten kurz anbraten. Den Rosenkohl durch ein Sieb absch\u00fctten und dabei die Br\u00fche auffangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jetzt im gleichen Topf die Butter zerlassen, das Mehl einr\u00fchren und mit soviel Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen, dass sie nur ganz leicht gebunden ist. Schmand oder Cr\u00e8me fraiche dazugeben und mit Muskat und Pfeffer abschmecken.
