Su textura suave y mantecosa la convierte en la base ideal para diversas formas, que <strong>luego se unen con mermelada.<\/strong> Es importante dejarla reposar en fr\u00edo para que no se deshaga al hornearla. Despu\u00e9s de unos d\u00edas, adquirir\u00e1 el sabor y aroma perfectos. La proporci\u00f3n correcta de ingredientes es fundamental en su preparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La masa no debe amasarse demasiado para que la mantequilla no se derrita y <strong>no se forme una masa pegajosa.<\/strong> Es la base de varios tipos de pasteles. Gracias a su sencilla preparaci\u00f3n, es una de las masas m\u00e1s populares en la reposter\u00eda casera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g de harina com\u00fan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de az\u00facar glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 yemas de huevo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una pizca de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ralladura de medio lim\u00f3n (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un bol, mezcla la harina, la mantequilla y el az\u00facar. A\u00f1ade la mantequilla y m\u00e9zclala con la harina a mano o con un procesador de alimentos hasta que se formen migas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorpora las yemas de huevo y, opcionalmente, la ralladura de lim\u00f3n. Amasa hasta obtener una masa lisa y homog\u00e9nea. No la amases demasiado para que no quede muy fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Envuelve la masa terminada en film transparente y refrig\u00e9rala durante al menos 1 hora. Lo ideal es dejarla toda la noche.
