{"id":15138,"date":"2025-11-18T13:42:06","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T11:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=15138"},"modified":"2025-11-18T13:42:07","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T11:42:07","slug":"pan-de-jamon-sencillo-%f0%9f%a4%8c%f0%9f%8f%bb%f0%9f%a4%a4%f0%9f%98%8d-aqui-te-dejo-el-paso-a-paso-%f0%9f%91%a8%f0%9f%8f%bb%f0%9f%8d%b3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=15138","title":{"rendered":"Pan de Jamon Sencillo \ud83e\udd0c\ud83c\udffb\ud83e\udd24\ud83d\ude0d Aqu\u00ed te dejo el Paso a paso \ud83d\udc68\ud83c\udffb\u200d\ud83c\udf73"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bPara la Masa:<br>\u200b500 gramos de harina de trigo todo uso (aproximadamente 4 tazas)<br>\u200b100 gramos de az\u00facar (aproximadamente 1\/2 taza)<br>\u200b10 gramos de levadura seca activa (o 25 gramos de levadura fresca)<br>\u200b100 ml de leche tibia (aproximadamente 1\/2 taza)<br>\u200b100 ml de agua tibia (aproximadamente 1\/2 taza)<br>\u200b50 ml de aceite vegetal (o margarina derretida, aproximadamente 1\/4 taza)<br>\u200b1 huevo (para la masa)<br>\u200b1 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bPara el Relleno:<br>\u200b300 gramos de jam\u00f3n cocido o de espalda, rebanado finamente (busca alguna oferta o marca econ\u00f3mica)<br>\u200b100 gramos de tocineta ahumada (bacon) en lonchas (la puedes saltear un poco para que quede crujiente, o usarla directamente)<br>\u200b50 gramos de pasas (puedes omitirlas si no te gustan o para reducir costo)<br>\u200b50 gramos de aceitunas rellenas (sin hueso), cortadas en rodajas o enteras (puedes omitirlas o usar pocas para reducir costo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para Barnizar (opcional):<br>1 yema de huevo batida con 1 cucharada de leche (para un brillo dorado)<br>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activar la Levadura: En un bol peque\u00f1o, mezcla la leche tibia, el agua tibia, una cucharadita del az\u00facar y la levadura. Deja reposar por 5-10 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 espumosa.<br>Preparar la Masa: En un bol grande, coloca la harina, el resto del az\u00facar y la sal. Haz un hueco en el centro y a\u00f1ade la mezcla de levadura, el aceite (o margarina derretida) y el huevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amasar: Mezcla con una cuchara de madera o con las manos hasta integrar todos los ingredientes. Pasa la masa a una superficie ligeramente enharinada y amasa por unos 10-15 minutos hasta obtener una masa suave, el\u00e1stica y que no se pegue.<br>Primer Levado: Forma una bola con la masa, col\u00f3cala en un bol ligeramente engrasado, cubre con papel film o un pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo y deja levar en un lugar c\u00e1lido por 1 a 1.5 horas, o hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Extender la Masa: Una vez que la masa haya levado, desgasif\u00edcala suavemente y exti\u00e9ndela con un rodillo sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada hasta formar un rect\u00e1ngulo de aproximadamente 40&#215;30 cm (o el tama\u00f1o que te permita tu bandeja de horno). El grosor debe ser de unos 3-5 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rellenar: Cubre la masa extendida con las lonchas de jam\u00f3n, dejando un borde libre en uno de los lados largos (para sellar). Esparce la tocineta, las pasas y las aceitunas de manera uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enrollar: Enrolla la masa con el relleno por el lado m\u00e1s largo, de forma ajustada, hasta formar un cilindro.<br>Sellar y Decorar (opcional): Con el borde que dejaste libre, sella bien el pan humedeciendo ligeramente con agua si es necesario. Si lo deseas, puedes hacer algunos cortes decorativos en la parte superior del pan (sin cortar hasta el relleno) o usar tiras de masa para decorar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo Levado: Coloca el pan de jam\u00f3n en una bandeja para hornear con papel vegetal. Cubre ligeramente con un pa\u00f1o y deja levar por otros 30-45 minutos en un lugar c\u00e1lido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Precalentar y Barnizar: Precalienta el horno a 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F). Si vas a barnizar, mezcla la yema de huevo con la leche y pincela el pan de jam\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hornear: Hornea por 30-45 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9 dorado y cocido por dentro. Si se dora demasiado r\u00e1pido, c\u00fabrelo con papel de aluminio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfriar: Retira del horno y deja enfriar sobre una rejilla.
