El cusc\u00fas es un plato tradicional del norte de \u00c1frica, especialmente de Marruecos. Compuesto de granos diminutos, se elabora a partir de s\u00e9mola y agua y se cuece en pocos minutos.<strong><\/strong><strong><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En nuestra receta sazonamos el cusc\u00fas con muchas&nbsp;<strong>verduras salteadas de temporada<\/strong>&nbsp;como berenjenas, calabacines, tomates y zanahorias. Una vez cocidas pero crujientes, mezclamos las verduras con el cusc\u00fas precocido que hervimos en agua. El resultado es un plato&nbsp;<strong>ligero<\/strong>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<strong>nutritivo<\/strong>&nbsp;y apetitoso, que podr\u00e1s personalizar como prefieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muy&nbsp;<strong>f\u00e1cil de hacer<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>vistoso<\/strong>&nbsp;, basta con verter caldo caliente sobre el cusc\u00fas, esperar unos minutos, a\u00f1adir aceite de oliva y luego dividir los granos con las p\u00faas de un tenedor. Finalmente puedes agregar pasas y especias como el comino y tambi\u00e9n el cilantro. Esta receta de cusc\u00fas al estilo marroqu\u00ed se puede preparar con antelaci\u00f3n y comer en la&nbsp;<strong>oficina<\/strong>&nbsp;, en el&nbsp;<strong>parque<\/strong>&nbsp;o en la playa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el cusc\u00fas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cusc\u00fas es un plato t\u00edpico de la cocina magreb\u00ed, muy popular en Marruecos y ahora en todo el mundo. Se obtiene del procesamiento de s\u00e9mola de trigo duro y se condimenta tradicionalmente con verduras arom\u00e1ticas o con platos de carne y pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque puedan parecer similares, no confundas el cusc\u00fas marroqu\u00ed con el israel\u00ed. El primero tiene granos diminutos que parecen arroz y se cocinan en poco tiempo.
