{"id":15326,"date":"2025-11-24T19:45:58","date_gmt":"2025-11-24T17:45:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=15326"},"modified":"2025-11-24T19:45:58","modified_gmt":"2025-11-24T17:45:58","slug":"tartas-de-streusel-como-de-panaderia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=15326","title":{"rendered":"Tartas de Streusel como de Panader\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 g de harina<br>60 g de az\u00facar<br>1 sobre (7 g) de levadura seca activa<br>1 pizca de sal<br>50 g de mantequilla ablandada<br>1 huevo<br>150 ml de leche tibia<br>Para la cobertura de streusel:<br>250-300 g de harina<br>250 g de mantequilla fr\u00eda<br>250 g de az\u00facar<br>1 cucharadita de az\u00facar avainillado<br>Para el glaseado:<br>250 g de az\u00facar glas tamizado<br>Agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primero, mezclar la harina con la levadura seca activa. Agregar la sal, la mantequilla, el az\u00facar, el huevo y la leche, y amasar con un gancho de amasar hasta obtener una masa suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego, dejar levar tapada en un lugar c\u00e1lido durante 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras tanto, preparar la cobertura de streusel. Cortar la mantequilla fr\u00eda en trozos y amasarla junto con los dem\u00e1s ingredientes hasta formar una bola. Trabajar r\u00e1pidamente para que la masa no se pegue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de que la masa de levadura haya levado, am\u00e1sela y b\u00e1tala bien de nuevo con un poco de harina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora, forme un rollo y forme 12 bolas iguales. Extienda cada bola formando un c\u00edrculo de aproximadamente 12 cm de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coloque 6 de estos c\u00edrculos en una bandeja para hornear. Divida tambi\u00e9n la bola de streusel restante en 12 porciones iguales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora, desmenuce el streusel en trozos peque\u00f1os y distrib\u00fayalos sobre la masa de levadura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Precaliente el horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hornee durante 15-20 minutos a 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F) con calor convencional o 160 \u00b0C (325 \u00b0F) con convecci\u00f3n. El streusel no debe dorarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de hornear, retire los c\u00edrculos de streusel del horno y d\u00e9jelos enfriar sobre una rejilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego, mezcle el az\u00facar glas tamizado con un poco de agua tibia hasta que est\u00e9 suave y pinte los c\u00edrculos con \u00e9l.
