A diferencia del t\u00edpico pan de s\u00e1ndwich con un exterior crujiente, este pan tiene una textura suave y tierna. \u00a1Es el veh\u00edculo perfecto para s\u00e1ndwiches, hamburguesas o incluso tostadas francesas! Debido a los diferentes periodos de fermentaci\u00f3n y a la adici\u00f3n de mantequilla, el pan queda lleno de sabor. El pan tierno es una combinaci\u00f3n de pan de leche japon\u00e9s y brioche (\u00a1sin huevos!). Puede parecer mucho trabajo, pero el pan es sorprendentemente sencillo de hacer. Una vez que pruebes este pan suave y esponjoso, \u00a1el simple pan de s\u00e1ndwich ya no ser\u00e1 suficiente!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staticcookist.akamaized.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2023\/02\/YR_T_eSwliWM74yq_pd-1200x675.jpg\" alt=\"Imagen\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes del pan blando<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Levadura: aseg\u00farese de que la levadura que utiliza todav\u00eda est\u00e9 activa y no haya caducado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harina: use harina para todo uso o, si prefiere que se desarrolle m\u00e1s el gluten, use harina para pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az\u00facar: el az\u00facar funciona con la levadura en la receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mantequilla \u2013 la mantequilla enriquece la masa y a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo hacer un pan suave<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezcle la levadura con agua tibia y az\u00facar y d\u00e9jela reposar hasta que est\u00e9 espumosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Batir la harina con la sal y luego mezclar con la soluci\u00f3n de levadura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amasar la masa con las manos. La masa debe quedar suave y el\u00e1stica. Incorpora la mantequilla a la masa, luego d\u00e9jala en un lugar c\u00e1lido durante al menos dos horas (la masa debe duplicar su tama\u00f1o).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que haya duplicado su tama\u00f1o, golpea la masa y c\u00f3rtala en seis trozos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enrolle los trozos hasta formar un tronco y luego col\u00f3quelos en una fuente para horno. Reservar en un lugar c\u00e1lido para que duplique su tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hornee hasta que est\u00e9 dorado y bien cocido, luego unte con mantequilla derretida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consejos para hacer el mejor pan tierno<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Aseg\u00farate de usar mantequilla real y no margarina! Gran parte del sabor proviene de la mantequilla y la margarina no dar\u00e1 el mejor resultado. Se prefiere la mantequilla sin sal porque contiene menos agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed hay algunas formas deliciosas de disfrutar el pan tierno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disfr\u00fatelo con su mermelada de frutas favorita. \u00daselo para hacer tostadas francesas. Use el pan suave para s\u00e1ndwiches o hamburguesas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si prefiere una hogaza m\u00e1s masticable, use harina de pan (tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s gluten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo almacenar pan blando<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No guardes el pan en el frigor\u00edfico. En su lugar, envu\u00e9lvalo bien en una envoltura de pl\u00e1stico (o col\u00f3quelo en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico) y cons\u00e9rvelo hasta por 3 d\u00edas. Tambi\u00e9n puede almacenar rebanadas envueltas individualmente en el congelador por hasta 3 meses.
