Lo mejor es que con una misma preparaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1s darles diferentes formas y terminaciones.<br>Ingredientes:<br>400 g de mantequilla o margarina<br>250 g de az\u00facar impalpable<br>1 huevo<br>500 g de harina com\u00fan<br>1 cdta de esencia de vainilla<br>\u00bd cda de sal<br>Ralladura de 1 lim\u00f3n o 1 naranja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<br>En un recipiente ponemos la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente junto con el az\u00facar y la esencia de vainilla. Batimos hasta formar una crema blanca.<br>Agregamos el huevo y mezclamos bien.<br>Incorporamos la harina previamente tamizada junto con la sal y la ralladura. Formamos una masa suave y cremosa.<br>Pasar la masa a una manga con pico en forma de estrella y formar las galetitas en un plato. Pod\u00e9s hacer bastones, redondas, copitos con dulce o la forma que m\u00e1s te guste.<br>Llevamos a horno precalentado a 180\u00b0 por unos 15 minutos, hasta que la base est\u00e9 apenas dorada.<br>Decoraci\u00f3n final:<br>A las galletitas redondas y bastones las ba\u00f1amos a la mitad con chocolate derretido.<br>Algunas se pueden terminar con mermelada o membrillo en el centro, y otras con un toque de frutos secos picados sobre el chocolate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Riqu\u00edsimas y s\u00faper rendidoras.
