Un glaseado bien preparado es suave, brillante y lo suficientemente resistente como para mantener su forma despu\u00e9s de secarse. Crear el glaseado perfecto puede parecer complicado a primera vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De hecho, es un proceso muy sencillo. Cualquiera puede preparar un glaseado de clara de huevo perfectamente suave. Lo importante es usar az\u00facar glas bien tamizado y no tener miedo de perfeccionar el glaseado poco a poco. Incluso unas gotas de lim\u00f3n pueden marcar una gran diferencia en su consistencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<br>180 g de az\u00facar glas<br>1 clara de huevo<br>2-3 gotas de zumo de lim\u00f3n<br>Procedimiento<br>Cuela el az\u00facar glas con un colador fino. Coloca la clara de huevo en un bol limpio. A\u00f1ade 2 o 3 gotas de lim\u00f3n. Comienza a batir a velocidad m\u00ednima. A\u00f1ade el az\u00facar poco a poco, en peque\u00f1as porciones. A\u00f1ade solo 2 cucharadas a la vez, removiendo brevemente despu\u00e9s de cada adici\u00f3n hasta obtener una mezcla espesa y el\u00e1stica. Aumenta la velocidad a media y bate de 30 a 60 segundos.<br>El glaseado debe quedar suave y brillante. Si est\u00e1 demasiado espeso, a\u00f1ade 1 o 2 gotas de agua o lim\u00f3n. Si est\u00e1 demasiado l\u00edquido, a\u00f1ade un poco de az\u00facar.
