{"id":15576,"date":"2025-12-02T18:45:52","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T16:45:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=15576"},"modified":"2025-12-02T18:45:53","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T16:45:53","slug":"%e2%ad%90-masa-casera-para-empanadas-facil-suave-y-deliciosa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=15576","title":{"rendered":"\u2b50 Masa casera para empanadas (f\u00e1cil, suave y deliciosa)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500 g de harina de trigo<br>280 g de agua tibia<br>100 g de manteca de cerdo (o mantequilla, si lo prefieres)<br>10 gramos de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparar la base: Coloca la manteca en un bol amplio y deja que se ablande un poco (solo tierna, no completamente derretida).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrar la harina:** Incorpora la harina y mezcla con las manos hasta obtener una textura sandosa, como migas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disolver la sal: Agrega la sal al agua tibia y remueve hasta que se disuelva por completo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forma la masa: Vierte el agua de la ensalada poco a poco sobre la mezcla de harina, mezclando hasta obtener una masa tersa y manejable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reposo clave:** Envuelve la masa en pel\u00edcula y deja descansar 1 hora a temperatura ambiente para que tome elasticidaddad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dividir: Corta la masa en porciones peque\u00f1as, del tama\u00f1o aproximado de una nuez grande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirar: Con un rodillo formar discos de 12-14 cm de di\u00e1metro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uniformar: Si quieres tapas perfectas, corta con un aro o tapa redonda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conservar:** Coloque los discos entre papeles de horno para evitar que se sequen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf56 Relleno jugoso de carne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500 g de carne de res picada<br>1 cebolla grande finamente picada<br>1 pimiento rojo picado<br>2 cuchadas de aceitunas verdes picadas<br>150 ml de vino blanco<br>Sal y pimienta negra al gusto<br>pimenton dulce<br>Or\u00e9gano seco<br>Comino Molido<br>aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dorar la carne: En una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite, salar la carne a fuego medio-alto hasta que est\u00e9 bien dorada. Retiro y reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito arom\u00e1tico:<\/strong> En la misma sart\u00e9n, agrega un poco m\u00e1s de aceite si falta y cocina la cebolla y el pimiento hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos y fragantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unir sabores:<\/strong> Devuelve la carne a la pant\u00e9n y cocina todo junto 3\u20134 minutos para integrar bien los sabores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agrega las aceitunas: Incorpora las aceitunas picadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toque de vino: Vierte el vino blanco y deja que reduzca hasta que casi no quede liquidido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sazonar: Agrega sal, pimienta, piment\u00f3n dulce, or\u00e9gano y comino al gusto.
