En leicht gesalzenem Wasser ca. Hervir durante 5 minutos, luego escurrir y reservar.<br>2- Gyrosfleisch anbraten: Das \u00d6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne erhitzen. Die Zwiebelringe und den gehackten Knoblauch darin glasig anbraten. Agregue el Gyrosfleisch und gut anbraten, bis es sch\u00f6n gebr\u00e4unt ist. Sazone con or\u00e9gano, sal y pimienta.<br>3- Sahne-Mischung ermengen: En einer Sch\u00fcssel die Sahne, Milch und die the Terminated Sauce Hollandaise well vermengen. Sazone al gusto con sal y pimienta.<br>4- Auflauf schichten: Eine Auflaufform einfetten. Eine Schicht Kartoffelscheiben auf den Boden legen, seguido de einer Schich Gyrosfleisch. So weiter schichten, bis alle Ingredient aufgebraucht sind. Die Sahne-Mischung uniformemente \u00fcber den Auflauf gie\u00dfen.<br>5- Mit K\u00e4se bestreuen: Den geriebenen K\u00e4se streuen \u00fcber den Auflauf. Die Form in den auf 180 \u00b0C (Ober-\/Unterhitze) vorgeheizten Backofen stellen und f\u00fcr ca.
