Una vez horneado, el brioche tiene una textura ligera y aireada con un color dorado. Para hacerlo s\u00f3lo necesitar\u00e1s unos pocos ingredientes: leche, levadura, az\u00facar moreno, aceite, vinagre, huevos, harina y mantequilla. La masa se amasa hasta que quede suave y luego se deja crecer hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o. Justo antes de hornearlos, los panecillos se untan con una mezcla de yema de huevo y se espolvorean con semillas de s\u00e9samo, lo que no s\u00f3lo los hace visualmente atractivos sino que tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1ade un agradable crujido a cada bocado.
