{"id":16081,"date":"2025-12-22T12:07:37","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T10:07:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16081"},"modified":"2025-12-22T12:07:37","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T10:07:37","slug":"%f0%9f%8d%b0-bizcocho-en-licuadora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16081","title":{"rendered":"\ud83c\udf70 Bizcocho en Licuadora"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un bizcocho casero, esponjoso y muy f\u00e1cil de preparar. \u00a1Todo se hace en la licuadora!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcdd Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 huevos<br>1 taza de az\u00facar<br>1\/2 taza de aceite vegetal<br>1 taza de leche<br>2 tazas de harina de trigo<br>1 cucharada de polvo de hornear<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(La taza puede ser de aproximadamente 200 ml.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Preparaci\u00f3n paso a paso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precalienta el horno a <strong>180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F)<\/strong> y engrasa un molde redondo con mantequilla y harina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En la licuadora, coloca los <strong>huevos, el az\u00facar, el aceite y la leche<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lic\u00faa durante <strong>1 a 2 minutos<\/strong>, hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea y ligeramente espumosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierte la mezcla en un bol y agrega poco a poco la <strong>harina de trigo<\/strong>, mezclando suavemente con una esp\u00e1tula o batidor manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorpora el <strong>polvo de hornear<\/strong> y mezcla con movimientos envolventes, sin batir en exceso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierte la masa en el molde preparado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornea por <strong>35 a 45 minutos<\/strong>, o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro, salga limpio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira del horno, deja reposar unos minutos, desmolda y deja enfriar por completo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2728 Consejo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes aromatizar el bizcocho agregando <strong>vainilla, ralladura de lim\u00f3n o naranja<\/strong>, o incluso sustituir la leche por jugo de naranja para variar el sabor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un bizcocho casero, esponjoso y muy f\u00e1cil de preparar. \u00a1Todo se hace en la licuadora!
