Deja reposar 5 minutos.<br>Calienta la gelatina hidratada a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda o en microondas por 10\u201315 segundos hasta que se vuelva l\u00edquida.<br>En la licuadora, mezcla:<br>queso crema<br>leche condensada<br>leche evaporada<br>leche<br>vainilla<br>jugo de lim\u00f3n (opcional)<br>Con la licuadora encendida, vierte la gelatina l\u00edquida y mezcla hasta integrar.<br>Vac\u00eda en un molde previamente engrasado con aceite en aerosol o una capa fina de aceite.<br>Refrigera por 2\u20133 horas hasta que est\u00e9 completamente firme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparar la capa de gelatina con frutas<br>\u26a0\ufe0f Importante: el kiwi fresco puede impedir que la gelatina cuaje por completo.<br>Para evitarlo:<br>O hi\u00e9rvelo 1 minuto o<br>Usa Kiwi en alm\u00edbar.<br>Si lo usas sin cocinar, col\u00f3calo solo como decoraci\u00f3n superficial, no completamente sumergido.<br>Prepara la gelatina de sabor: disuelve el sobre en 2 tazas de agua caliente, mezcla bien y a\u00f1ade 1 taza de agua fr\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deja enfriar hasta que est\u00e9 a temperatura ambiente.<br>Si est\u00e1 caliente, derretir\u00e1 la capa de queso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Montaje con frutas<br>Coloca sobre la gelatina de queso crema ya firme una capa bonita de frutas:<br>Rodajas de kiwi (si est\u00e1n hervidas o en alm\u00edbar)<br>Cubos de mango<br>Rebanadas de fresas<br>Cerezas<br>Rebanadas de durazno<br>Vierte poco a poco una parte de la gelatina de sabor (templada), solo lo suficiente para \u201csellar\u201d las frutas.<br>Refrigera 10\u201315 minutos para que se fijen.<br>Luego a\u00f1ade el resto de la gelatina para cubrir completamente las frutas.<br>Refrigera 2\u20134 horas m\u00e1s, hasta que est\u00e9 completamente firme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f Desmoldado<br>Pasa un cuchillo delgado por el borde del molde.<br>Calienta suavemente el exterior con agua tibia (segundos).<br>Coloca un plato encima y voltea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2b50 INGREDIENTESPara la gelatina de queso crema (base):1 paquete de queso crema (190\u2013225 g), a temperatura ambiente1 lata de leche condensada (aprox. 397 g)1 lata de leche evaporada (315\u2013360 ml)1 [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":16161,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-16160","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recetas"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.6 -
