Es ideal como cena r\u00e1pida con una rebanada de pan o como un ingrediente indispensable en s\u00e1ndwiches y <strong>canap\u00e9s en celebraciones familiares.<\/strong> Con pocos ingredientes se consigue un untable rico y distintivo. Su sabor es a\u00fan mejor con pan fresco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es perfecto para cuando necesitas algo r\u00e1pido y sabroso <strong>sin complicarte la vida.<\/strong> Est\u00e1 listo en minutos. Puedes prepararlo en una versi\u00f3n suave y cremosa o en una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s sabrosa con hierbas y pepinillos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 lata de pescado en aceite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 cucharadas de mantequilla o mantequilla untable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sal y pimienta molida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abre la lata y escurre el aceite, pero no todo, reservando 1 o 2 cucharaditas. Pon el pescado en un bol y trit\u00faralo con un tenedor. Si prefieres una consistencia m\u00e1s suave, trit\u00faralo brevemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pica la cebolla lo m\u00e1s fina posible. Agrega la mantequilla o la mantequilla untable. Debe estar blanda para que se integre bien con el pescado. Mezcla bien todos los ingredientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deber\u00edamos obtener una masa uniforme. Salamos ligeramente, a\u00f1adimos pimienta y, opcionalmente, unas gotas de zumo de lim\u00f3n. Refrigeramos la pasta durante al menos 15-30 minutos.
