{"id":16404,"date":"2026-01-03T11:00:34","date_gmt":"2026-01-03T09:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16404"},"modified":"2026-01-03T11:00:35","modified_gmt":"2026-01-03T09:00:35","slug":"%f0%9f%8d%95pizza-napolitana-%f0%9f%a4%8c%f0%9f%8f%bb%f0%9f%98%8d%f0%9f%a4%a4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16404","title":{"rendered":"\ud83c\udf55PIZZA NAPOLITANA \ud83e\udd0c\ud83c\udffb\ud83d\ude0d\ud83e\udd24"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes (2 pizzas medianas):<br>500 g de harina de trigo tipo 00<br>325 ml de agua a temperatura ambiente<br>10 g de sal<br>2 g de levadura seca (o 6 g de levadura fresca)<br>400 g de tomates San Marzano triturados<br>250 g de mozzarella de b\u00fafala<br>Hojas de albahaca fresca al gusto<br>Aceite de oliva extra virgen al gusto<br>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disuelve la levadura en el agua y deja reposar 5 minutos hasta que se active ligeramente (si usas levadura fresca, desmen\u00fazala bien para evitar grumos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca la harina en un bowl grande, agrega poco a poco el agua con levadura y mezcla hasta integrar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade la sal y amasa durante 10\u201312 minutos hasta obtener una masa lisa y el\u00e1stica (es importante a\u00f1adir la sal despu\u00e9s para no inhibir la levadura).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forma una bola, c\u00fabrela y deja fermentar a temperatura ambiente de 8 a 12 horas hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o (una fermentaci\u00f3n lenta mejora el sabor).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide la masa en dos porciones, bolea suavemente y deja reposar 30\u201360 minutos antes de formar las pizzas para que el gluten se relaje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tritura los tomates San Marzano con una pizca de sal y un chorrito de aceite de oliva, sin cocinarlos, para conservar su frescura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precalienta el horno al m\u00e1ximo posible (250\u2013300 \u00b0C) durante al menos 30 minutos, idealmente con piedra para pizza dentro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estira cada bola de masa con las manos desde el centro hacia afuera, dejando un borde m\u00e1s grueso (no uses rodillo para no perder el aire del cornicione).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca la salsa de tomate en el centro, distribuye mozzarella de b\u00fafala en trozos, a\u00f1ade hojas de albahaca y un hilo de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornea la pizza durante 5\u20138 minutos hasta que el borde est\u00e9 inflado y ligeramente quemado, el queso derretido y el fondo bien cocido (si tu horno es dom\u00e9stico, gira la pizza a mitad de cocci\u00f3n para un dorado parejo).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes (2 pizzas medianas):500 g de harina de trigo tipo 00325 ml de agua a temperatura ambiente10 g de sal2 g de levadura seca (o 6 g de levadura fresca)400 [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":16405,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-16404","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recetas"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.6 -
