{"id":16428,"date":"2026-01-04T16:37:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-04T14:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16428"},"modified":"2026-01-04T16:37:00","modified_gmt":"2026-01-04T14:37:00","slug":"churros-hechos-en-casa-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16428","title":{"rendered":"CHURROS HECHOS EN CASA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes (para aprox. 20\u201325 churros medianos):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250 ml de agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">125 g de harina de trigo (de uso com\u00fan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cucharada de aceite neutro o mantequilla (opcional; ayuda a una miga m\u00e1s suave)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceite suficiente para fre\u00edr (girasol o canola)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 taza de az\u00facar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\u20132 cucharaditas de canela en polvo (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para un chocolate espeso (opcional):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500 ml de leche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150\u2013200 g de chocolate para taza o chocolate negro troceado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cucharada (8\u201310 g) de maicena\/f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz (opcional, para mayor cuerpo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\u20132 cucharadas de az\u00facar (opcional, a gusto)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pizca de sal (potencia el sabor)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combina el az\u00facar con la canela en un plato y d\u00e9jalo listo para rebozar al final. Si lo quieres m\u00e1s crujiente, usa az\u00facar granulada; si lo prefieres m\u00e1s \u201cfino\u201d, mezcla mitad az\u00facar normal y mitad az\u00facar glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una cacerola, coloca el agua con la sal y, si deseas, el aceite o la mantequilla. Lleva a hervor fuerte para que la masa se escalde bien y luego quede m\u00e1s crujiente al fre\u00edr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apaga el fuego, incorpora toda la harina de una sola vez y remueve en\u00e9rgicamente con cuchara o esp\u00e1tula hasta obtener una masa compacta, sin grumos, que se separe de las paredes. Si queda harina seca, presi\u00f3nala contra la olla con la esp\u00e1tula para integrarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deja reposar la masa entre 5 y 10 minutos para que pierda un poco de calor y sea m\u00e1s manejable. No prolongues demasiado el reposo, porque puede endurecerse y costar m\u00e1s al formar los churros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasa la masa a una manga pastelera resistente con boquilla rizada grande, o usa una churrera. Si notas la masa excesivamente dura, suele ser porque est\u00e1 fr\u00eda: cali\u00e9ntala 20\u201330 segundos a fuego muy bajo, removiendo, para \u201caflojarla\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calienta abundante aceite en una olla profunda a 175\u2013185 \u00b0C. Sin term\u00f3metro, prueba con un trocito de masa: debe burbujear con energ\u00eda, sin dorarse de inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forma los churros directamente sobre el aceite y corta con tijeras o cuchillo. Fr\u00ede en tandas peque\u00f1as para no bajar la temperatura; evita amontonarlos para que doren parejo y no se abran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dales la vuelta cuando est\u00e9n dorados por un lado y contin\u00faa hasta un dorado m\u00e1s intenso y una textura firme, unos 3\u20135 minutos seg\u00fan el grosor. Si se doran demasiado r\u00e1pido por fuera y quedan crudos, baja el fuego y mant\u00e9n el aceite m\u00e1s cerca de 175 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ret\u00edralos a una rejilla o papel absorbente, espera 20\u201330 segundos y p\u00e1salos por el az\u00facar con canela mientras a\u00fan est\u00e1n calientes para que se adhiera bien. Si salen muy aceitosos, suele indicar aceite poco caliente o una masa con exceso de humedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el chocolate: calienta la leche con una pizca de sal y el az\u00facar (si lo usas). A\u00f1ade el chocolate y mezcla hasta que se derrita. Para una textura m\u00e1s espesa, disuelve la maicena en un chorrito de leche fr\u00eda y agr\u00e9gala, cocinando 1\u20132 minutos sin dejar de mover hasta que quede brillante.
