Mezcla en un bowl el almid\u00f3n de yuca, la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz, el az\u00facar, la sal y el polvo de hornear.<br>2. Agrega los quesos rallados y mezcla bien.<br>3. Incorpora la mantequilla y el huevo. Mezcla con la mano.<br>4. A\u00f1ade la leche de a poco hasta obtener una masa suave, que no se pegue pero tampoco quede seca.<br>5.
