{"id":16804,"date":"2026-01-23T13:07:57","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T11:07:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16804"},"modified":"2026-01-23T13:07:58","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T11:07:58","slug":"asado-de-puerco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16804","title":{"rendered":"\u00a0ASADO DE PUERCO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 kg de carne de puerco (pierna o espaldilla), cortada en trozos medianos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 chiles guajillo secos, sin semillas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 chiles ancho secos, sin semillas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd cucharadita de comino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd cucharadita de or\u00e9gano seco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cucharadas de vinagre blanco o de manzana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sal al gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cucharadas de manteca de cerdo (o aceite vegetal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 taza de agua o caldo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t66\/1\/16\/1f372.png\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf72\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calienta agua hasta que hierva, apaga el fuego y remoja los chiles guajillo y ancho durante unos 10 minutos, hasta que se suavicen. Evita que hiervan para que no se vuelvan amargos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lic\u00faa los chiles hidratados junto con el ajo, el comino, el or\u00e9gano, el vinagre, la sal y un poco del agua de remojo, hasta lograr una salsa roja espesa y bien integrada. Si deseas una textura m\u00e1s fina, cu\u00e9lala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una olla amplia, derrite la manteca de cerdo a fuego medio-alto y dora la carne por todos sus lados, sin sobrecargar la olla para que selle correctamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorpora la salsa a la carne, mezcla bien y cocina durante 5 minutos, moviendo constantemente para que la salsa se sofr\u00eda y potencie su sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1ade la taza de agua o caldo, tapa la olla y cocina a fuego medio-bajo durante 45 a 60 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando, hasta que la carne quede suave y la salsa espesa y brillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajusta la sal si es necesario y, si prefieres una salsa m\u00e1s concentrada, destapa la olla y deja hervir unos minutos adicionales hasta alcanzar la consistencia ideal, cuidando que no se pegue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;Ingredientes 1 kg de carne de puerco (pierna o espaldilla), cortada en trozos medianos 4 chiles guajillo secos, sin semillas 2 chiles ancho secos, sin semillas 2 dientes de ajo [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":16805,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-16804","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recetas"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.6 -
