{"id":16861,"date":"2026-01-24T22:29:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-24T20:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16861"},"modified":"2026-01-24T22:29:00","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T20:29:00","slug":"pastel-saludable-y-humedo-sin-azucar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16861","title":{"rendered":"PASTEL SALUDABLE Y H\u00daMEDO (SIN AZ\u00daCAR)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<br>85 g harina de avena<br>2 manzanas<br>1 pl\u00e1tano (maduro)<br>2 huevos<br>7 g de polvo de hornear<br>1 pizca de sal<br>\u00bd cdita de jengibre seco en polvo<br>1 cda de stevia o edulcorante equivalente<br>50 g de ar\u00e1ndanos secos (lavados en agua caliente)<br>4-5 albaricoques secos (lavados y picados)<br>1 cda de yogur griego o crema agria<br>60 g de nueces picadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<br>Pelar, cortar en cuadros y licuar las manzanas hasta obtener un pur\u00e9.<br>Verter el pur\u00e9 de manzana en un bol luego a\u00f1adir la harina de avena, el pl\u00e1tano triturado y mezclar bien.<br>Agregar los huevos, polvo de hornear, sal, jengibre y stevia. Mezclar.<br>Escurrir y secar los ar\u00e1ndanos y albaricoques.
