{"id":16959,"date":"2026-01-28T16:34:02","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T14:34:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16959"},"modified":"2026-01-28T16:34:02","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T14:34:02","slug":"galletas-saludables-con-semillas-de-chia-%f0%9f%8c%b1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=16959","title":{"rendered":"Galletas saludables con semillas de ch\u00eda \ud83c\udf31"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<br>1 taza (125 g) de harina de avena<br>3 cucharadas de semillas de ch\u00eda previamente hidratadas en \u00bd taza de agua (reposar 10\u201315 minutos)<br>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<br>\u00bd cucharadita de sal<br>\u00bd cucharadita de or\u00e9gano seco (opcional)<br>Agua extra si es necesario (1\u20132 cucharadas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n paso a paso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidratar la ch\u00eda<br>En un recipiente peque\u00f1o, combina las semillas de ch\u00eda con el agua.<br>D\u00e9jalas reposar entre 10 y 15 minutos, hasta que adquieran una textura gelatinosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparar la masa<br>En un bol grande, mezcla la harina de avena, la sal, el or\u00e9gano y el aceite de oliva.<br>Incorpora el gel de ch\u00eda ya hidratado y mezcla hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea y flexible.<br>Si notas la masa seca, agrega poco a poco 1 o 2 cucharadas de agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formar las galletas<br>Estira la masa con un rodillo sobre papel vegetal o una superficie ligeramente enharinada.<br>Procura que quede fina, de aproximadamente 2 a 3 mm de grosor.<br>Corta en cuadrados o en la forma que m\u00e1s te guste.<br>Opcionalmente, pincha cada galleta con un tenedor para un acabado tradicional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornear<br>Precalienta el horno a 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F).<br>Coloca las galletas en una bandeja cubierta con papel vegetal.<br>Hornea durante 15 a 18 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9n doradas y crujientes, cuidando que no se pasen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfriar y conservar<br>Retira del horno y deja enfriar completamente sobre una rejilla antes de guardarlas en un frasco herm\u00e9tico.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consejos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes reemplazar el or\u00e9gano por romero, tomillo o comino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para una textura a\u00fan m\u00e1s crujiente, mezcla parte de harina integral o de arroz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes espolvorear semillas por encima antes de llevar al horno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes:1 taza (125 g) de harina de avena3 cucharadas de semillas de ch\u00eda previamente hidratadas en \u00bd taza de agua (reposar 10\u201315 minutos)2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva\u00bd cucharadita de [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":16960,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-16959","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recetas"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.6 -
