{"id":17128,"date":"2026-02-05T08:44:13","date_gmt":"2026-02-05T06:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=17128"},"modified":"2026-02-05T08:44:13","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T06:44:13","slug":"pastel-brasilero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=17128","title":{"rendered":"PASTEL BRASILERO\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<br>Para la masa:<br>3 tazas de harina de trigo<br>1 taza de agua tibia<br>1 cucharada de aceite o grasa<br>1 cucharada de cacha\u00e7a o vinagre (opcional, ayuda a que quede m\u00e1s crujiente)<br>1 cucharadita de sal<br>Para el relleno:<br>400 g de carne molida<br>1\/2 cebolla finamente picada<br>1 diente de ajo picado<br>2 cucharadas de aceitunas verdes picadas (opcional)<br>2 cucharadas de perejil o ceboll\u00edn picado<br>Sal y pimienta al gusto<br>1 pizca de comino o piment\u00f3n (opcional)<br>Para fre\u00edr y servir:<br>Aceite vegetal abundante<br>Lim\u00f3n en gajos<br>Salsa picante (opcional)<br>Preparaci\u00f3n<br>1. En un bowl grande mezcla la harina y la sal, agrega el aceite y la cacha\u00e7a o vinagre, incorpora poco a poco el agua tibia y amasa hasta obtener una masa lisa y firme (si est\u00e1 pegajosa a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s de harina).<br>2. Amasa durante 5\u20138 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 el\u00e1stica, forma una bola, c\u00fabrela con un pa\u00f1o o pl\u00e1stico y deja reposar 20\u201330 minutos para que se relaje y sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil estirar.<br>3. Mientras tanto prepara el relleno salteando la cebolla y el ajo con un poco de aceite hasta que est\u00e9n fragantes, agrega la carne molida y cocina hasta que pierda el color rosado.<br>4. Sazona la carne con sal, pimienta y comino, a\u00f1ade las aceitunas y las hierbas, mezcla bien y deja enfriar completamente antes de usar (el relleno caliente humedece la masa y evita que quede crujiente).<br>5. Divide la masa en porciones peque\u00f1as y est\u00edralas muy finas con rodillo o m\u00e1quina de pasta, casi transparentes, ya que el pastel de feira se caracteriza por su masa delgada y burbujeante.<br>6. Coloca una porci\u00f3n de relleno sobre la mitad de la masa, dobla formando un rect\u00e1ngulo y sella bien los bordes presionando con los dedos o un tenedor (si no sella, puedes humedecer ligeramente los bordes con agua).<br>7. Calienta abundante aceite a 180\u2013190 \u00b0C y fr\u00ede los pasteles uno o dos a la vez hasta que est\u00e9n dorados, inflados y muy crujientes, gir\u00e1ndolos una vez para que se cocinen parejo.<br>8. Retira los pasteles y esc\u00farrelos brevemente sobre papel absorbente, pero s\u00edrvelos calientes para disfrutar al m\u00e1ximo la textura crujiente.<br>9.
