Activa la levadura<br>\u200bEn un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, mezcla la leche tibia, una cucharada del az\u00facar y la levadura. Deja reposar 10 minutos hasta que veas burbujas. \u00a1Si no burbujea, la levadura est\u00e1 dormida y hay que cambiarla!<br>\u200b2. Crea la masa<br>\u200bEn un bol grande, pon la harina y haz un hueco en el centro. Agrega el resto del az\u00facar, la sal, el huevo y la mezcla de levadura. Mezcla con las manos hasta que se integre.<br>\u200b3. El amasado (\u00a1El secreto!)<br>\u200bAgrega la mantequilla e int\u00e9grala. Amasa sobre una mesa limpia por unos 10 minutos. Al principio ser\u00e1 pegajosa, pero no a\u00f1adas m\u00e1s harina; sigue amasando hasta que est\u00e9 lisa y el\u00e1stica.<br>\u200bTip: Pon la masa en un bol aceitado, t\u00e1pala y d\u00e9jala reposar 1 hora en un lugar tibio hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o.<br>\u200b4. Armado de los panes<br>\u200bEstira la masa con un rodillo (o una botella limpia) formando un rect\u00e1ngulo grande de medio cent\u00edmetro de grosor.<br>\u200bCubre la superficie con la guayaba (y el queso si decidiste usarlo).<br>\u200bEnrolla la masa como si fuera un cilindro apretado.<br>\u200bCorta rodajas de unos 3 cm de ancho y col\u00f3calas en una bandeja para horno engrasada.<br>\u200b5. Horneado<br>\u200bDeja que los rollitos reposen 20 minutos m\u00e1s en la bandeja. Mientras tanto, precalienta el horno a 180\u00b0C.
