Pan Saludable Integral con Semillas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 taza de harina integral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de harina blanca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de ch\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de linaza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de levadura seca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be de taza de agua tibia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezcla las harinas con la sal, las semillas y la levadura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorpora el agua tibia y el aceite, y amasa hasta obtener una masa suave y el\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cubre y deja reposar durante 1 hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forma el pan, col\u00f3calo en un molde y deja que esponje 30 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hornea a 200 \u00b0C por 30 a 35 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retira y deja enfriar sobre una rejilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\udd55 3.
