Aromatizar el reques\u00f3n con vainilla, az\u00facar o ralladura de lim\u00f3n les dar\u00e1 ligereza y un sabor fresco. La mantequilla asegurar\u00e1 que los bollos queden deliciosamente suaves despu\u00e9s de hornearlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este es un postre que se asocia con la comodidad del hogar. Mucha gente asocia estos bollitos con la cocina de la abuela. Son ideales para recibir visitas, para disfrutar despu\u00e9s del almuerzo del domingo o para acompa\u00f1ar un caf\u00e9 por la tarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<br>500 g de harina semigruesa<br>1 cubo de levadura<br>250 ml de leche tibia<br>80 g de az\u00facar de s\u00e9mola<br>80 g de mantequilla<br>2 yemas de huevo<br>una pizca de sal<br>Relleno<br>250 g de reques\u00f3n blando<br>80 g de az\u00facar en polvo<br>1 yema de huevo<br>az\u00facar de vainilla<br>un poco de c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n<br>Por completar<br>mantequilla derretida para untar<br>az\u00facar en polvo para espolvorear<br>Procedimiento<br>Desmenuza la levadura en un bol con leche tibia. A\u00f1ade una cucharadita de az\u00facar y un poco de harina. Espera a que la levadura haya levado. Mezcla la harina, el az\u00facar, las yemas de huevo, la mantequilla derretida, la sal y la levadura levada.<br>Prepare una masa suave y no pegajosa, c\u00fabrala y d\u00e9jela reposar durante 1 hora. Prepare el relleno. Mezcle el reques\u00f3n, el az\u00facar, las yemas de huevo, el az\u00facar avainillado y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n.<br>Divida la masa terminada en porciones de unos 50 g cada una. Aplane cada porci\u00f3n y ponga una cucharadita de relleno en el centro. Envuelva y forme bollitos, que colocaremos uno al lado del otro en una fuente de horno engrasada.<br>Unte cada panecillo con mantequilla derretida y d\u00e9jelo reposar otros 15 minutos. Hornee de 25 a 30 minutos a 180 grados.
