Ya sea para preparar pasteles dulces, bollos esponjosos o pizza casera, una buena masa siempre es la base. Por eso es bueno tener una receta a mano que se adapte a todas estas variantes . Esta receta universal de masa de levadura es muy sencilla. Gracias a la combinaci\u00f3n de dos tipos de harina, es incre\u00edblemente flexible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La leche le da suavidad a la masa y la proporci\u00f3n adecuada de ingredientes garantiza su perfecta integraci\u00f3n. Es ideal tanto para reposter\u00eda dulce como salada. Solo ajusta la cantidad de az\u00facar seg\u00fan sea necesario. Puedes usarla para hacer bollos, strudels, pasteles, panecillos y pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<br>300 g de harina com\u00fan<br>200 g de harina semigruesa<br>2\/3 cubo de levadura<br>240 ml de leche tibia<br>1 huevo<br>3 cucharadas de az\u00facar granulada<br>50 ml de aceite<br>1 cucharadita de sal<br>Procedimiento<br>Vierta un poco de leche tibia en un bol, a\u00f1ada una cucharada de az\u00facar y desmenuce la levadura. Espere de 10 a 15 minutos hasta que la levadura haya subido. Deber\u00eda formarse espuma en la superficie.<br>Vierta la harina com\u00fan y la harina semigrasa en un taz\u00f3n grande. A\u00f1ada el resto del az\u00facar y la sal. Incorpore el huevo batido, el aceite, el resto de la leche y la levadura.<br>Amasar la masa a mano o en un procesador de alimentos hasta que est\u00e9 suave y el\u00e1stica, y no se pegue a las paredes del bol.
