Este plato tiene una larga historia y antiguamente se consideraba principalmente un plato festivo. Su nombre proviene de su forma t\u00edpica. Su tama\u00f1o y suavidad los distinguen de los bollos cl\u00e1sicos. Cada bollo es suave, esponjoso y delicado. La superficie se dora ligeramente despu\u00e9s del horneado y el interior se mantiene tierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El contraste entre la corteza ligeramente horneada y el centro esponjoso los convierte en un plato excepcional. A primera vista, la receta puede parecer complicada, pero es todo lo contrario. Son ideales para un almuerzo dominical con toda la familia o como una cena dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masa<br>500 g de harina semigruesa<br>250 g de leche<br>25 g de levadura<br>70 g de az\u00facar<br>2 yemas de huevo<br>80 g de mantequilla<br>una pizca de sal<br>Natilla<br>500 ml de leche<br>3 yemas de huevo<br>60 g de az\u00facar<br>1 az\u00facar de vainilla<br>Procedimiento<br>Mezcla la levadura con un poco de leche y una cucharadita de az\u00facar. Deja reposar la levadura durante 10 minutos. Mezcla la harina, el az\u00facar, la sal, las yemas de huevo, el resto de la leche y la mantequilla. Forma una masa suave.<br>Deja reposar la masa durante aproximadamente una hora, hasta que doble su tama\u00f1o. Forma bollitos con la masa y col\u00f3calos uno junto al otro en una bandeja para hornear engrasada. Deja reposar otros 20 minutos.<br>Hornee durante 20-25 minutos a 180 grados. Caliente la leche, las yemas de huevo, el az\u00facar y la vainilla en una cacerola. Remueva a fuego lento hasta que la mezcla espese. Vierta la crema de vainilla sobre los panecillos calientes.
