Son uno de los pasteles cl\u00e1sicos que la mayor\u00eda asocia con la reposter\u00eda casera. La base es una costra de cacao sobre la que se extiende crema parisina, hecha con nata y cacao o chocolate. La superficie suele decorarse con chocolate rallado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La crema batida queda deliciosamente esponjosa y mantiene su forma . El postre es perfecto para acompa\u00f1ar un caf\u00e9 por la tarde o como un capricho para una celebraci\u00f3n familiar. Despu\u00e9s de terminarlo, conviene dejarlo reposar en el refrigerador unas horas. La crema se solidificar\u00e1 y las capas se unir\u00e1n mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masa<br>3 huevos<br>150 g de az\u00facar<br>200 ml de leche<br>100 ml de aceite<br>200 g de harina semigruesa<br>2 cucharadas de cacao<br>1 polvo para hornear<br>crema batida parisina<br>500 ml de crema para batir<br>2 cucharadas de cacao<br>3 cucharadas de az\u00facar en polvo<br>En la parte superior<br>50 g de chocolate rallado o una barra Margot<br>Procedimiento<br>Vierta la crema en una cacerola, agregue el cacao y el az\u00facar. Caliente hasta que casi hierva y revuelva bien. Deje enfriar y refrigere durante la noche. Al d\u00eda siguiente, bata hasta que est\u00e9 firme.<br>Batir los huevos con el az\u00facar. A\u00f1adir la leche y el aceite. Incorporar la harina, el cacao y la levadura qu\u00edmica. Verter la masa en una bandeja de horno de 30\u00d740 cm forrada con papel vegetal. Hornear durante 20 minutos a 180 grados.<br>D\u00e9jalo enfriar y extiende la crema batida sobre la base fr\u00eda. Espolvorea con chocolate rallado o una barra Margot.
