Pan de Banana y Avena (sin harina, sin az\u00facar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<br>\u2022 2 bananas maduras<br>\u2022 2 huevos<br>\u2022 1 taza de avena en hojuelas<br>\u2022 1 cdita de polvo de hornear<br>\u2022 1\/2 cdita de canela<br>\u2022 1 cdita de esencia de vainilla (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<br>1. Precalentar el horno a 180 \u00b0C.<br>2. Tritura las bananas y mezcla con los huevos.<br>3. Agrega la avena, el polvo de hornear, canela y vainilla.<br>4. Verter en un molde de bud\u00edn engrasado.<br>5. Hornea durante 30\u201335 minutos o hasta que al pinchar salga limpio.<br>6. Pan Integral con Semillas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<br>\u2022 1 taza de harina integral<br>\u2022 1\/2 taza de harina com\u00fan<br>\u2022 1 cdita de sal<br>\u2022 1 cda de semillas de ch\u00eda<br>\u2022 1 cda de semillas de lino<br>\u2022 1 cdita de levadura seca<br>\u2022 3\/4 taza de agua tibia<br>\u2022 1 cda de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<br>1. Mezcla las harinas, sal, semillas y levadura.<br>2. Agrega el agua y el aceite, y amasa hasta lograr una masa suave.<br>3. Deja reposar 1 hora tapado.<br>4. Forma el pan, coloca en molde y deja leudar 30 minutos m\u00e1s.<br>5. Hornea a 200 \u00b0C durante 30\u201335 minutos.<br>6. Verter en un molde engrasado y hornea a 180 \u00b0C por 35\u201340 min.<br>5.
