Es maravillosamente&nbsp;<strong>esponjoso, suave<\/strong>&nbsp;, mantiene bien su forma y tiene un sabor ligeramente dulce. Su preparaci\u00f3n es muy sencilla y cualquiera puede hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ideal no solo para el desayuno, sino tambi\u00e9n como postre para acompa\u00f1ar una&nbsp;<strong>taza de caf\u00e9 o t\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;por la tarde . Existen muchas variantes, desde el mazance tradicional con levadura hasta versiones modernas. Sin embargo, el mazance cl\u00e1sico sigue siendo la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g de harina com\u00fan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de az\u00facar de s\u00e9mola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml de leche tibia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 yemas de huevo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g de levadura fresca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una pizca de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 az\u00facar de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un pu\u00f1ado de pasas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un pu\u00f1ado de almendras picadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>almendras laminadas para espolvorear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desmenuza la levadura en leche tibia, a\u00f1ade una cucharadita de az\u00facar y un poco de harina. Deja reposar la levadura durante 10-15 minutos. En un bol, mezcla la harina, el az\u00facar, la sal, el az\u00facar avainillado, la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, las yemas de huevo y la mantequilla derretida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade la levadura y amasa hasta obtener una masa suave. Por \u00faltimo, incorpora las pasas y las almendras. Cubre con un pa\u00f1o y deja levar durante aproximadamente 1 hora y media. Dale forma redonda y col\u00f3cala sobre una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deja levar durante otros 20-30 minutos. Pinta con huevo batido y espolvorea con almendras laminadas. Hornea en un horno precalentado a 180 grados durante unos 30-40 minutos.
