Es ideal como postre despu\u00e9s del almuerzo dominical o como obsequio para un invitado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El postre tiene un toque fresco gracias a la crema agria , por lo que no resulta pesado. Las rodajas de coco tienen un aspecto festivo, pero hasta un principiante puede prepararlas. Son de esos postres que saben a\u00fan mejor al d\u00eda siguiente, cuando todos los sabores se combinan a la perfecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masa<br>2 tazas de harina com\u00fan<br>3\/4 taza de az\u00facar<br>1 polvo de hornear<br>1 taza de leche<br>1\/2 taza de aceite<br>2 huevos<br>3 cucharadas de cacao<br>Crema<br>500 ml de leche<br>2 pudines de coco<br>az\u00facar al gusto<br>125 g de mantequilla<br>1 taza de crema agria<br>Por completar<br>coco rallado<br>chocolate derretido<br>Procedimiento<br>Mezcla la harina, el az\u00facar, el cacao y el polvo de hornear en un bol. Agrega el huevo, el aceite y la leche, y amasa hasta obtener una masa suave. Vierte la masa sobre una bandeja para hornear engrasada y forrada con papel de horno. Hornea durante 20 minutos a 180 grados.<br>Cocina los pudines de coco en leche siguiendo las instrucciones y endulza al gusto. Deja enfriar el pud\u00edn por completo. Bate la mantequilla y el az\u00facar hasta que est\u00e9n espumosos. Incorpora gradualmente el pud\u00edn fr\u00edo. Finalmente, agrega la crema agria.<br>Extiende la crema uniformemente sobre la base fr\u00eda. Espolvorea con coco rallado.
