Corta la carne ahumada en trozos peque\u00f1os. Escalda las ortigas con agua caliente y p\u00edcalas finamente.<br>En una sart\u00e9n, sofr\u00eda la cebolla en mantequilla y a\u00f1ada el ajo. En un bol, mezcle los panecillos, la carne, las ortigas, la cebolla, el perejil y las yemas de huevo. Salpimiente y a\u00f1ada una pizca de nuez moscada.<br>Bate las claras a punto de nieve e incorp\u00f3ralas con cuidado a la mezcla. Vierte el relleno en una fuente para hornear previamente engrasada con mantequilla. Hornea durante 30-40 minutos a 180 grados.
