Las delicadas capas de hojaldre se combinan con una crema suave y una generosa capa de nata montada, creando una&nbsp;<strong>combinaci\u00f3n de sabores y texturas perfectamente equilibrada.<\/strong>&nbsp;Este postre es ideal para ocasiones festivas, como obsequio para un invitado inesperado o para acompa\u00f1ar una taza de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A primera vista, su preparaci\u00f3n puede parecer complicada, pero si se siguen los pasos, resulta&nbsp;<strong>bastante sencilla.<\/strong>&nbsp;La base es una masa, que luego se cubre con crema, cuya suavidad contrasta con el sabor m\u00e1s intenso del glaseado de chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Masa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 ml de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de grasa para hornear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de harina com\u00fan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 huevos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml de leche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g de harina com\u00fan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>140 g de az\u00facar glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 az\u00facar de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g de mantequilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por completar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 ml de nata para montar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pon el agua y la grasa en una cacerola. Cali\u00e9ntalas hasta que hiervan, a\u00f1ade la harina y remueve hasta obtener una masa suave que no se pegue a los lados. Deja enfriar la masa. Incorpora los huevos poco a poco, batiendo constantemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide la masa por la mitad y extiende cada mitad sobre una bandeja para hornear engrasada. Hornea cada mitad por separado durante unos 20 minutos a 180 grados. Prepara una papilla espesa con la leche y la harina. Deja enfriar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bate la mantequilla con el az\u00facar y el az\u00facar avainillado. Incorpora gradualmente las gachas fr\u00edas. Extiende la crema sobre la l\u00e1mina inferior y a\u00f1ade una capa de nata montada encima. Cubre con la segunda l\u00e1mina.
