{"id":18625,"date":"2026-04-17T08:32:30","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T05:32:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=18625"},"modified":"2026-04-17T08:32:30","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T05:32:30","slug":"conos-de-hojaldre-rellenos-de-crema-pastelera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=18625","title":{"rendered":"CONOS DE HOJALDRE RELLENOS DE CREMA PASTELERA\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<br>1 paquete de l\u00e1minas de hojaldre (preferible rectangular)<br>500 ml de leche<br>4 yemas de huevo<br>100 g de az\u00facar<br>40 g de maicena (f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz)<br>1 cucharadita de vainilla (extracto o pasta)<br>30 g de mantequilla<br>1 huevo (para barnizar)<br>Az\u00facar glass (para espolvorear)<br>Opcional: ralladura de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n o naranja (para aromatizar la crema)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<br>1. Precalienta el horno a 200 \u00b0C (190 \u00b0C con ventilador) y prepara conos met\u00e1licos para hojaldre engras\u00e1ndolos ligeramente o forr\u00e1ndolos con un toque de mantequilla para que desmolden f\u00e1cil.<br>2. Corta el hojaldre en tiras de 2\u20132,5 cm de ancho (si est\u00e1 muy blando, refrig\u00e9ralo 10 minutos para que no se rompa al manipularlo).<br>3. Envuelve cada tira alrededor del cono met\u00e1lico en espiral, montando un poco cada vuelta sobre la anterior para que no queden huecos y presionando la punta para sellar.<br>4. Coloca los conos en una bandeja con papel de horno, bate el huevo y barniza el hojaldre con una capa fina (tip: evita que el huevo gotee en la base porque \u201cpega\u201d el hojaldre y sube menos).<br>5. Hornea 15\u201320 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n bien inflados y dorados (tip: si se doran muy r\u00e1pido, baja a 190 \u00b0C los \u00faltimos minutos).<br>6. Enfr\u00eda 5 minutos, desmolda con cuidado girando suavemente y deja enfriar por completo sobre rejilla (tip: si se ablandan por vapor, regr\u00e9salos 3 minutos al horno apagado con la puerta entreabierta).<br>7. Para la crema pastelera, calienta la leche a fuego medio hasta que est\u00e9 muy caliente sin hervir; si usas ralladura c\u00edtrica, infusi\u00f3nala 5 minutos y ret\u00edrala antes de seguir.<br>8. En un bol, mezcla yemas, az\u00facar y maicena hasta que no haya grumos (tip: bate bien aqu\u00ed para evitar sabor a almid\u00f3n y que la crema quede lisa).<br>9. Vierte un chorrito de leche caliente sobre la mezcla de yemas sin dejar de batir para temperar, luego regresa todo a la olla con el resto de la leche.<br>10. Cocina a fuego medio-bajo, batiendo constantemente, hasta que espese y hierva 30\u201360 segundos (tip: cuando veas burbujas \u201clentas\u201d y la crema marque surcos, ya est\u00e1).<br>11. Retira del fuego, a\u00f1ade vainilla y mantequilla y mezcla hasta integrar; pasa a un recipiente y cubre con film \u201ca piel\u201d tocando la crema para que no haga costra (tip: enfr\u00eda primero a temperatura ambiente y luego refrigera 1\u20132 horas).<br>12. Coloca la crema en una manga pastelera con boquilla lisa o rizada y rellena cada cono ya fr\u00edo desde la base hacia la punta (tip: si quieres que queden m\u00e1s crujientes por m\u00e1s tiempo, rellena justo antes de servir).<br>13.
