{"id":18680,"date":"2026-04-20T10:20:05","date_gmt":"2026-04-20T07:20:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=18680"},"modified":"2026-04-20T10:20:05","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T07:20:05","slug":"%e2%ad%90-las-masas-secretas-de-la-abuelita-%e2%ad%90-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=18680","title":{"rendered":"\u2b50 LAS MASAS SECRETAS DE LA ABUELITA \u2b50"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(pizza, donas y pan de ajo)<br>Si te gustan esos panes que huelen a hogar\u2026 GU\u00c1RDALO, porque esto no lo sueltan las abuelas f\u00e1cilmente \ud83e\udd2b\ud83d\udc47<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf55 MASA DE PIZZA CASERA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g harina de trigo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>310 ml agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 g levadura seca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cdas aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salsa r\u00e1pida:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g pulpa o pur\u00e9 de tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal + pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cdta az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00f3mo se hace (y te sale PERFECTA):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activa la levadura: agua tibia + az\u00facar + levadura, reposar 5\u201310 min hasta espumar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezcla secos: harina + sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une todo: agrega mezcla de levadura + aceite y forma la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amasa: 10\u201312 min hasta que est\u00e9 suave y el\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primer levado: 1\u20131\u00bd h tapada hasta duplicar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divide: desgasifica suave, divide en 2 y deja reposar 15\u201320 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dale forma: estira a gusto (fina o gruesa) y pasa a bandeja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salsa sin cocci\u00f3n: mezcla todo y listo (queda m\u00e1s fresca y sabor TOP al horno).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Armado sugerido: salsa, mozzarella, pepperoni, aceitunas y or\u00e9gano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horneado: horno al m\u00e1ximo (230\u2013250\u00b0C) 5\u20136 min abajo + 2\u20133 min arriba (total 8\u201310 min).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resultado: borde crujiente, interior suave.
