S\u00edrvelo con una ensalada y tu salsa favorita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes para bu\u00f1uelos de verduras<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verduras: utilice calabacines y pimientos morrones (pimiento) frescos, no congelados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebolla \u2013 agrega sabor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huevos: utilice huevos grandes de gallinas camperas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harina: use harina para todo uso o consulte nuestros consejos para subestaciones a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Queso: use queso cheddar o mozzarella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite: utilice aceite de oliva o cualquier otro aceite neutro adecuado para fre\u00edr a temperaturas m\u00e1s altas, como aceite de canola, man\u00ed, girasol o ma\u00edz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consejos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No caliente demasiado el aceite, de lo contrario, los bu\u00f1uelos se dorar\u00e1n demasiado r\u00e1pido antes de que est\u00e9n bien cocidos. Use un term\u00f3metro para calentar el aceite a aproximadamente 350 \u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si los bu\u00f1uelos se deshacen o quedan demasiado empapados, puede ser porque tienen demasiada agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para hacer bu\u00f1uelos perfectos del mismo tama\u00f1o, use una bola de helado grande para dejar caer la masa de los bu\u00f1uelos en la sart\u00e9n caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes utilizar cualquier otro queso como feta, cheddar, queso crema o incluso ricotta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes usar cualquier calabac\u00edn para esta receta: verde y amarillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para hacer estos bu\u00f1uelos sin gluten, puedes utilizar harina de almendras o cualquier mezcla de harina sin gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si usa verduras que tienen un alto contenido de agua (como champi\u00f1ones o espinacas), es mejor saltearlas primero y luego exprimir el exceso de humedad antes de usarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo almacenar bu\u00f1uelos de verduras<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los bu\u00f1uelos se pueden conservar en el frigor\u00edfico hasta 4 d\u00edas.
