{"id":18897,"date":"2026-04-29T18:11:27","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T15:11:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=18897"},"modified":"2026-04-29T18:11:27","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T15:11:27","slug":"panecillos-de-quark-rapidos-y-faciles-sin-levadura-humedos-y-esponjosos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.es-recetas.top\/?p=18897","title":{"rendered":"Panecillos de quark r\u00e1pidos y f\u00e1ciles sin levadura: h\u00famedos y esponjosos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">280 g de harina de espelta (o harina de trigo)<br>1 sobre de levadura en polvo<br>250 g de quark bajo en grasa<br>1 huevo<br>4 cucharadas de leche<br>2 cucharadas de aceite de colza (u otro aceite neutro)<br>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<br>Leche para pincelar<br>Semillas de s\u00e9samo, girasol o calabaza para espolvorear (opcional) Preparaci\u00f3n<br>Precalienta el horno a 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F) y cubre una bandeja para hornear con papel vegetal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezcla la harina, el polvo de hornear y la sal en un bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En otro bol, combina el queso quark, el huevo, la leche y el aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1ade la mezcla de quark a los ingredientes secos y amasa hasta obtener una masa suave y homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con las manos ligeramente enharinadas, forma de 8 a 10 panecillos y col\u00f3calos en la bandeja preparada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pinta los panecillos con un poco de leche y espolvorea con semillas de s\u00e9samo, girasol o calabaza, si lo deseas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hornea en el horno precalentado durante unos 15-20 minutos, o hasta que los panecillos de quark est\u00e9n dorados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retira del horno, deja enfriar un poco y disfruta reci\u00e9n hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consejos<br>Estos panecillos de quark son perfectos cuando tienes poco tiempo, ya que no requieren levadura ni tiempo de levado. Seg\u00fan tus preferencias, puedes a\u00f1adir un poco de az\u00facar a la masa para hacer panecillos dulces o un poco m\u00e1s de sal para una versi\u00f3n salada.
