Este pastel de melocot\u00f3n es simplemente irresistible \ud83d\ude0d\ud83c\udf51"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Escrito por Sylvia Baumann<br>Ingredientes (para un molde desmontable de 26 cm)<br>Para la masa quebrada:<br>250 g de harina<br>125 g de az\u00facar<br>1 huevo grande<br>150 g de mantequilla fr\u00eda<br>Un poco de grasa para el molde<br>Para el relleno:<br>1 lata de melocotones (aprox. 480 g escurridos)<br>El jugo de la lata<br>1 sobre de polvo para pud\u00edn de vainilla<br>3 huevos grandes<br>90 g de az\u00facar<br>1 tarrina de crema agria (aprox. 200 g)Preparaci\u00f3n<br>Prepara la masa quebrada: Amasa r\u00e1pidamente la harina, el az\u00facar, el huevo y la mantequilla (cortada en trozos peque\u00f1os) hasta obtener una masa suave. Forma una bola, envu\u00e9lvela en film transparente y refrig\u00e9rala durante unos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepara los duraznos: Coloca los duraznos en un colador y recoge el jugo. Corta la fruta en gajos o cubos y reserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepara el pud\u00edn: Mezcla el polvo de pud\u00edn de vainilla con un poco de jugo de durazno hasta que quede suave. Calienta el jugo restante hasta que hierva, agrega el polvo disuelto y cocina a fuego lento durante aproximadamente 1 minuto, hasta que el pud\u00edn espese. Luego, d\u00e9jalo enfriar un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Extiende y precocina la masa: Precalienta el horno a 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F). Engrasa un molde desmontable. Extiende la masa, col\u00f3cala en el molde y presi\u00f3nala hacia los lados para formar un peque\u00f1o borde. Pincha la base varias veces con un tenedor y precocina durante unos 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepara la crema: Bate los huevos y el az\u00facar hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa.
