Panqueque de avena y pl\u00e1tano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pl\u00e1tano maduro<br>1 huevo<br>4 cucharadas de avena molida<br>1 pizca de canela<br>Un chorrito de leche (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Tritura el pl\u00e1tano con un tenedor.<br>2. A\u00f1ade el huevo, la avena y la canela. Mezcla bien.<br>3. Si la masa queda muy espesa, a\u00f1ade un poco de leche.<br>4. Cocina ligeramente las espinacas y p\u00edcalas finamente.<br>2. Mezcla con el huevo, avena, queso, sal y pimienta.<br>3. Mezcla el huevo con la avena, canela y miel.<br>2. Agrega la manzana y mezcla bien.<br>3.
