Cocina a fuego medio de 40 a 50 minutos hasta que la carne quede suave.<br>Hacer la base de tomate<br>Lic\u00faa los tomates con un poco del mismo caldo hasta formar una mezcla ligera.<br>Incorporar al caldo<br>Vac\u00eda la mezcla de tomate en la olla y deja hervir durante 10 minutos para integrar bien los sabores.<br>A\u00f1adir las verduras<br>Primero agrega el elote, zanahoria y papa. Cocina entre 10 y 12 minutos. Despu\u00e9s incorpora la calabaza y los ejotes y deja cocinar de 5 a 8 minutos m\u00e1s.<br>Servir<br>Agrega cilantro fresco al final y rectifica la sal. Cocina a fuego medio por 30 a 40 minutos hasta obtener un caldo sabroso.<br>Deshebrar el pollo<br>Retira el pollo, deja enfriar un poco y desmen\u00fazalo.<br>Cocinar las verduras<br>Agrega al caldo la zanahoria y la papa. Cocina alrededor de 10 minutos.<br>Integrar ingredientes<br>A\u00f1ade la calabaza, ejotes y pollo deshebrado. Forma bolitas medianas.<br>Preparar el caldo<br>En una olla agrega el agua con el tomate licuado y cebolla. Cocina 15 minutos a fuego medio.<br>Cocer las alb\u00f3ndigas<br>A\u00f1ade cuidadosamente las alb\u00f3ndigas y cocina entre 15 y 20 minutos.<br>Agregar verduras<br>Incorpora zanahoria y papa. Cocina 10 minutos m\u00e1s. Cocina a fuego medio durante 25 minutos.<br>Agregar verduras<br>A\u00f1ade zanahoria, papa y tomate. Cocina 15 minutos m\u00e1s.<br>Ajustar sabor<br>Prueba la sal y agrega m\u00e1s si hace falta.
