Asa en un comal los tomatillos, los chiles, el ajo y la cebolla hasta que tomen un color dorado y un aroma tostado.<br>2. Muele todos los ingredientes en molcajete o licuadora junto con el cilantro y la sal, hasta obtener una salsa con textura r\u00fastica.<br>3. Calienta el aceite y fr\u00ede los ajos hasta que est\u00e9n dorados. Ret\u00edralos.<br>2. En el mismo aceite, fr\u00ede los chiles secos hasta que se inflen ligeramente (sin dejar que se quemen).<br>3. Lic\u00faa los chiles, los ajos, la sal y parte del aceite hasta obtener una mezcla uniforme.<br>4. Asa los jitomates en un comal hasta que la piel est\u00e9 bien tatemada.<br>2. Tuesta los chiles de \u00e1rbol durante unos segundos (sin que se quemen).<br>3. Muele jitomates, chiles y ajo en molcajete o licuadora con sal.<br>4.
