Huelen a cacao y, gracias al reques\u00f3n, se mantienen suaves incluso al d\u00eda siguiente. Los duraznos le dan frescura, por lo que no resulta pesado a pesar de la masa dulce y el generoso relleno. La preparaci\u00f3n es sencilla, ya que solo hay que batir la masa y verterla sobre una bandeja para hornear. Incluso un principiante puede prepararlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solo necesitas ingredientes sencillos para prepararlo. Es perfecto como postre para acompa\u00f1ar una taza de caf\u00e9 por la tarde o como un detalle para una visita inesperada. A toda la familia le encantar\u00e1. Es importante dejar que el postre se enfr\u00ede para que el relleno de reques\u00f3n se solidifique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masa<br>4 huevos<br>200 g de az\u00facar de s\u00e9mola<br>100 ml de agua<br>140 ml de aceite<br>300 g de harina semigruesa<br>40 g de harina com\u00fan<br>1 polvo de hornear<br>2 cucharadas de cacao<br>una pizca de sal<br>relleno de reques\u00f3n<br>750 g de reques\u00f3n blando<br>120 g de az\u00facar glas<br>1 polvo para pud\u00edn de vainilla<br>2 huevos<br>1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<br>1 lata de compota de durazno<br>Procedimiento<br>Escurre los duraznos, d\u00e9jalos escurrir bien y c\u00f3rtalos en rodajas o gajos peque\u00f1os. Bate los huevos con el az\u00facar y una pizca de sal hasta que est\u00e9n ligeramente espumosos. Incorpora el agua y el aceite. Mezcla la harina con el polvo para hornear y el cacao y agr\u00e9galos a la mezcla de huevo.<br>Mezcla todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea. En otro recipiente, mezcla el reques\u00f3n, el az\u00facar, la maicena, los huevos y la vainilla. Extiende la mitad de la masa sobre una bandeja de horno forrada con papel vegetal.<br>Agrega el relleno de reques\u00f3n, coloca los duraznos y cubre con la masa restante. Extiende las capas suavemente para que no se mezclen demasiado. Hornea durante 45-50 minutos a 175 grados.
