Estos bollos son perfectos como aperitivo, como snack salado o como sustituto del pan. Lo que suaviza la masa es precisamente la presencia de patatas cocidas que se mezclan con leche, harina, levadura de cerveza seca, aceite de oliva virgen extra, az\u00facar y sal.
