Un postre cremoso y fresco, perfecto para reciclar los restos de pandoro tras las\u00a0<strong>fiestas navide\u00f1as<\/strong>\u00a0y para recrear los sabores del\u00a0cl\u00e1sico tiramis\u00fa\u00a0de una forma creativa y original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>base<\/strong>&nbsp;se prepara con s\u00f3lo dos ingredientes: pandoro y ricotta; una vez obtenida una mezcla homog\u00e9nea se pasa a un molde y se deja endurecer en el frigor\u00edfico. Luego se rellena con un&nbsp;<strong>relleno delicado y envolvente<\/strong>&nbsp;, elaborado mezclando huevos con az\u00facar, mascarpone y licor. Finalmente se cuece la tarta en el horno y, una vez fr\u00eda, se debe conservar en el frigor\u00edfico unas horas m\u00e1s para que la crema alcance la consistencia adecuada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es un postre de cuchara muy arom\u00e1tico, perfecto para ofrecer al&nbsp;<strong>final de la comida<\/strong>&nbsp;durante una cena con amigos. En nuestra versi\u00f3n, la tarta pandoro simplemente se espolvorea con cacao en polvo y se adorna con una ramita de grosellas, pero puedes adornar la superficie con un&nbsp;<strong>glaseado de chocolate<\/strong>&nbsp;o una compota de frutos rojos reci\u00e9n preparada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes sustituir el pandoro por&nbsp;<strong>panettone<\/strong>&nbsp;y, si prefieres una crema m\u00e1s espesa, a\u00f1adir un huevo extra a los ingredientes indicados.
