Tambi\u00e9n muy extendidos en Calabria y Bas\u00edlicata, son muy f\u00e1ciles y r\u00e1pidos de preparar: se trata de una masa a base de harina, agua y levadura de cerveza que, una vez leudada, se toma a cucharadas y luego se fr\u00ede en aceite de semillas hirviendo hasta que est\u00e9 ligeramente dorada. T\u00edpicos de la&nbsp;<strong>tradici\u00f3n navide\u00f1a<\/strong>&nbsp;, hoy en d\u00eda se preparan durante todo el a\u00f1o, en m\u00faltiples variaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los ofrecemos en dos versiones:&nbsp;<strong>salada<\/strong>&nbsp;, luego enriquecida con filetes de anchoa picados, y&nbsp;<strong>dulce<\/strong>&nbsp;, en la que primero se fr\u00eden las pechugas y luego se rebozan en az\u00facar granulada. Fragantes e irresistibles, se pueden servir como&nbsp;<strong>aperitivo<\/strong>&nbsp;, para un buffet de fiesta o como un delicioso postre al final de la comida.
