Tambi\u00e9n es una forma fant\u00e1stica de incluir verduras a escondidas en las comidas (\u00a1perfecta para los m\u00e1s quisquillosos con la comida!). La receta es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil de seguir. Simplemente ralla los calabacines, m\u00e9zclalos con el resto de los ingredientes y fr\u00edelos hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y bien cocidos. Cada bocado queda crujiente por fuera y suave y tierno por dentro. Puedes servirlo con una cucharada de crema agria o cualquiera de tus salsas favoritas. Disfr\u00fatelo como acompa\u00f1amiento saludable o como refrigerio r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consejos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No caliente demasiado el aceite, de lo contrario, el r\u00f6sti se dorar\u00e1 demasiado r\u00e1pido antes de que est\u00e9 bien cocido. Use un term\u00f3metro para calentar el aceite a aproximadamente 350 \u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si los r\u00f6sti se deshacen o quedan demasiado empapados, puede ser porque tienen demasiada agua. Aseg\u00farate de exprimir toda el agua del calabac\u00edn rallado con las manos, un pa\u00f1o de cocina limpio o una gasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para hacer bolas perfectas del mismo tama\u00f1o, tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar una bola de helado grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes utilizar cualquier otro queso como feta, cheddar, queso crema o incluso ricotta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para hacer estos bu\u00f1uelos de calabac\u00edn sin gluten, puedes utilizar una mezcla de harina sin gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo almacenar calabac\u00edn r\u00f6sti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Zucchini R\u00f6sti se puede conservar en el frigor\u00edfico hasta 4 d\u00edas. Solo aseg\u00farate de guardarlo en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico y c\u00fabrelo con toallas de papel para absorber el exceso de humedad. Vuelva a calentarlos en un horno (o Airfryer) para que vuelvan a estar crujientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes preparar los Zucchini R\u00f6sti con antelaci\u00f3n y guardarlos en el congelador. Simplemente cali\u00e9ntalos en el horno cuando est\u00e9s listo para comerlos.
